the scheduled delivery date.

The delivery driver may contact you before arrival so that you do not need to remain at home all

day.

We respect your time and kindly ask that you are available to receive your delivery during the

agreed delivery window.

If you need to change or cancel your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Early notice

helps us avoid unnecessary delays and additional costs.

Delivery Timescale

Normal delivery times are between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• Transit Time: 3–8 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 4–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier schedules.

On the Day of Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the first safe and accessible location within your property.

Unless otherwise arranged, delivery drivers may not carry items upstairs or beyond ground-floor

access.

If you require a two-person delivery service, additional charges may apply where available.

Please note that flats and apartments above ground level are considered upstairs deliveries.Delivery drivers cannot remove existing furniture, dispose of packaging, or provide assembly

services unless specifically arranged beforehand.

Assembly & Fitting Services

Please note that Ahmora does not employ in-house assembly teams or installation specialists.

Most products are supplied flat-packed and require self-assembly.

If you choose to hire an independent furniture fitter or handyman, we strongly recommend the

following:

Inspect Everything First

Once assembly has been completed, carefully inspect all parts of the furniture, including doors,

drawers, shelves, and fittings before making any payment.

Avoid Paying in Advance

Where possible, avoid paying independent installers before the work has been completed and

inspected.

Independent Contractors

Any third-party fitter or installer operates independently from Ahmora. We cannot accept

responsibility for damage, incorrect assembly, or structural issues caused by external assembly

services.

Taking a few minutes to inspect completed work can help ensure you receive the quality finish you

expect.
