Returns Policy
0-Day Right to Reject
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory
quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described and receive a full refund, provided you exercise this
right within 30 days of receiving your product.
We do not accept returns for products that have been fully assembled unless the item is faulty,
damaged, or not as described.
If you discover that your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
and before assembly so that we can arrange replacement parts, an exchange, or a return where
appropriate.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have
received your returned item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment
method within 10 working days of the approval confirmation.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products.
Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day policy and condition requirements as returns.

Defective or Faulty Products
If the item is defective, faulty, damaged, or not as described, Ahmora Ltd will arrange an
appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, an exchange, collection, or a refund
depending on the circumstances.
Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the
item.
Returns should be made by mail or courier at the customer's expense.
Return ConditionsOur return period lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or
exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
